Annabel Bower

Annabel is a food stylist, recipe developer, and the director of Food By Annabel, an Adelaide based business dedicated to all things Food. First and foremost she is the proud mother of three.

“As both a foodie and a Mum good food is important to me. I am lucky that everyday I have the capacity to fill my kids’ lunch boxes and create nutritional meals for my family without wondering where ingredients for the next one are coming from. This is a privilege I never take for granted. Feeding and nurturing your family ought to be a straightforward process not one fraught with anxiety and apprehension.

When the team at @mum_kind asked me to come onboard to assist with the SA Pantry campaign and its launch event my instant response was YES! Having the opportunity to help women and families in crisis by providing them with SA Pantry packs full of ingredients is such a direct and meaningful way to provide assistance.

Given my passion for local South Australian brands and producers I feel honoured to be involved and working with both the wonderful women of MumKIND and the generous local brands who are supporting us".
